We’re proud to be delivering a new turnkey cleanroom facility for Astemo Ltd. as part of their £100 million investment in expanding their Horwich factory in Bolton. This expansion will establish the only UK production line for electric vehicle inverters, a major step forward for EV innovation and advanced manufacturing in the UK.

PICOW’s scope includes:

– Steel superstructure
– Cleanroom-compliant insulated walls & ceilings
– Anti-static flooring
– Precision HVAC with new chillers & AHUs
– Bespoke lighting
– EC&I infrastructure to new automated process lines
– External concrete slabs

This facility will support Astemo’s cutting-edge electronic and powertrain systems and reflects our continued commitment to engineering excellence and innovation.
