In 2015 Picow completed a project on behalf of Lend Lease at Beacon Barracks in Stafford which had been identified as one of the major arm hubs for some 15,000 plus returning military personnel from Germany. The project included some 300 plus high quality homes, together with a range of mixed-use facilities including :
