PICOW were provided with a specification from the client to produce a design to improve the existing first floor office area into a modern open plan working environment including the construction of a new conference room. Our in house design team collaborated with our customer to generate detailed plans including mechanical and electrical requirements to enable our engineers to provide the necessary facilities.

The following works were undertaken to provide the required outcome :
