As a company dedicated to helping the local community, members of our staff participated in a mock interview process undertaken by The Heath School this week.
This collaboration to conduct interviews for their year 11 students aimed to equip them with the skills and confidence necessary to excel in future interviews.
By simulating real-world interview scenarios, we helped students familiarize themselves with the process, thereby reducing anxiety and building their confidence and enabled us to provide valuable insights and constructive feedback. These Mock interviews offer an ideal platform for students to hone their communication and interpersonal skills.
Receiving positive feedback from both The Heath School and the participating students further solidifies our commitment to these events.
