Project Skywalker

An exciting new project has officially launched for one of our valued long term blue-chip clients as work begins on the state-of-the-art New Inbound Warehouse under Project Skywalker. This marks a significant step forward in delivering a high-performance facility designed to support world-class logistics operations.

The foundation phase is now underway with the construction teams kicking off the ground works with Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piling, expertly carried out by one of the UK’s leading ground engineering specialists. This crucial phase lays the groundwork for a modern, efficient, and high-capacity warehouse that will support future logistics and operational growth.

The initial scope includes:

✅ CFA Piling

✅ Installation of Reinforced Pile Caps & Ground Beams

✅ Implementation of a Surface Water Drainage System

These key early works are critical to ensuring the structural integrity and long-term resilience of the facility.

As Project Skywalker continues to take shape, the progress made on the foundations marks a strong start and sets the tone for the phases to come.
