Value: £10m

Scope: Electrical, Control & Instrumentation

Challenge

In response to the evolving needs of pet owners, the Ingredients Kitchen was designed to ensure traceability from “Plough to Plate.” Today’s pet owners have a keen desire to know where their pet’s food comes from and seek assurance that only the best ingredients are used. The automated dosing system enables precise measurement of dry raw ingredients, while the storage of finished products in a vast array of containers ensures complete traceability. To help achieve their ambitious programme requirements our client favoured contractors who they had long terms relations with and knew they could trust technically and operationally to deliver. Picow were therefore appointed as the electrical contractor for the project.
